The Blennerhassett FFA competed in the WV State Career Development Events - Poultry Judging at WVU on December 9, 2021. The team was made up of Wood County Technical Agriculture program students. From left: Emily Kent, Jordyne Lockhart, MeKaela Staats, and Michelle Sampson. The team placed 7th overall. The students competed in areas of judging live poultry for meat and egg production, candling eggs, identifying and judging poultry parts and ready to cook poultry products and gave two presentations to judges.
