As a reminder, the deadline for submitting completed NTID schoolwork (from the Dec 16 snow day to be counted for attendance) is also Mon., Jan.5.
Wood County Schools will be back in session today and operating as normal, with students attending classes in person and following regular schedules. Please note that WCHS TV Station incorrectly listed Wood County Schools as Code NTID on their website; this information is not accurate.
Families, don't forget to send in student work.
Student attendance for a NTID will be determined by the completion and submission of assigned work.
Students are expected to engage with the instructional activities provided by their teachers and return the
completed work within three (3) school days following the NTID.

Grade 1 parent engagement activity will be held on Wed., Dec. 17 at 2pm in classrooms.
Grade 2 parent engagement activity to be held in the cafes at 2pm on Wed., Dec 17.
Grade 3 parent engagement activity to be held at 1pm on Thurs., Dec. 18.
Grade 4 parent engagement activity to be held at 2pm on Thurs., Dec. 18.
During today’s Code NTID day, meal boxes are available for Wood County Schools students. Weather-Related Update – Parent Programs
In the event of a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Monday, December 15, the Grade 1 & Grade 2 Parent Program will still be held at 1:45 PM.
There will not be a morning program for the student body.
❄️ If school is canceled, the program will not be rescheduled. Instead, teachers may incorporate a few songs into their upcoming parent engagement activities:
Grade 1: Tuesday at 2:00 PM
Grade 2: Wednesday at 2:00 PM
