Vaccination Clinic

Coplin Health Systems will hold a vaccination clinic for students who have not received their TDap and/or MCV4 (Meningococcal). The clinic will be held at the school during the afternoon. Consent forms will be available at the Open House or by contacting the school or Coplin Health Systems.
