TONIGHT is the Literacy Trunk or Treat. Come see the JEC staff dressed as their favorite storybook characters. Students will be treated as families receive information and resources to increase and encourage literacy concepts in the home. Event will be held outdoors in the REAR parking lot 530-730. Hope to see you there! **Masks must be worn by all attending. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 1 visit per child per trunk. Snacks issued MUST go home to be eaten.

LET US TREAT YOU! Don’t forget our Title 1 Parent Engagement Literacy Trunk or Treat tomorrow night 530-730 in the back parking lot. Come visit your staff dressed as their favorite storybook characters and be treated with a variety of goodies and resources to be used in the home to support literacy. Students will also be showing off their instructional day through a slideshow of school-wide activities. We can’t wait to see you! *Please note, masks must be worn during the event. One trunk visit per student. Food / treats may not be eaten on site.

It’s official!!! ❄️⛄️Thursday, Feb. 11 will be a remote learning day due to inclement weather. This means that ALL students (last name A-Z regardless of their regularly scheduled attendance day) is expected to log into Schoology and their respective Conference or Teams meeting by 10am (grade 2 at 11am). Enjoy sleeping in- and we will see your smiles online at 10am. 😁

I see some snow on the radar! This message is MERELY IN THE EVENT OF.... In the event of a two hour delay, students will report to class 2 hours beyond their normal time. In the event of a remote learning day, ALL students (last name A-Z) are expected to log into their Schoology Conference or TEAMS meeting at 10 am (*some classes may vary). Regardless of whether or not we physically attend school tomorrow due to weather, instruction and classes WILL continue.

Good morning on this bright, snow covered day! We are excited to begin our first snow day remote instruction. Please have your child signed on to their ipads at 10:00. The teachers will be online and ready to teach at that time. After the learning occurs I hope your children get to go outside and have fun in the snow!
