Remember that all students entering 7th and 12th grade next school year are required to have up to date shot record on file BEFORE the first day of school. The Mid Ohio Valley Health Department is collaborating with Wood County Schools to offer an immunization clinic for children needing their Tdap and Meningitis vaccines. Our school based clinic is scheduled for April 9th. Parents do not need to be present but a completed consent form and screening questionnaire are required. Please contact Nurse Danielle by the end of the week (April 5th) if you would like your child to participate in this clinic.
