There is a Health Care Career Showcase on October 14th in Morgantown, WV. We will be taking a group to this career fair. There will be various professionals set up as well as colleges, universities, and technical centers participating in the fair.
To be eligible, you must be in good academic standing, have good attendance, and no discipline issues.
Please see Mrs. Griffith by the end of this week to sign up. We will be sending home field trip permission slips which must be returned to attend this trip. If you have any questions, please see Nurse Danielle or Mrs. Griffith.

Parents, here are the WCTC/Caperton/PSHS/PHS bus departures from WMHS:
CCAT/PHS AM Bus
Departure time from WMHS will be 7:45 AM in front of the school library exits.
This same bus will drop off one student at PHS and then proceed to Caperton Center.
WCTC/PSHS AM Bus
Departure time from WMHS will be 7:50 AM in front of the school library exits.
WCTC/CCAT PM Busses
Departure time for both busses will be at 11:40 AM in the front of the school near the middle school gym entrance.
Tomorrow is the big day! Reminder to all parents and students: The school will be available for drop off at 7:05. Students will enter through door 6 and the cafeteria, until 7:48. After that, they will need to enter through the middle school office. All students arriving before 7:40 will be in the cafeteria. 1st period starts at 7:50. At 7:50 all personal communication devices must be stored in lockers.

The 2025-2026 school year is right around the corner. Please see the included graphic for some important upcoming dates. The "Back to School Newsletter" will be out next week, and student schedules will be distributed next Wednesday.


Parents of student drivers: Students can pick up parking forms today and tomorrow in the middle school office. These forms require a parent signature. We will begin selling parking spaces on WEDNESDAY for seniors, Thursday for juniors, and Friday for sophomores. If your child does not come in early to pick up their form, please just make sure you accompany them on the day they come to purchase their space. The parking cost is $35. SENIORS may pay an additional $35 to paint their parking space. This information will be included with the parking form.
