Wood BOE meets Tuesday
PARKERSBURG - The Wood County Board of Education will meet Tuesday (Oct. 26, 2021) in regular session.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Wood County Schools Central Office at 1210 13th Street in Parkersburg, W.Va. The meeting is open to the public and will be broadcast online via Zoom.
The board will recognize Parkersburg High School Principal Kenny DeMoss as the West Virginia Principal of the Year and PHS teacher Emma Romanowski as the West Virginia Art Educator of the Year.
The board will receive an update on Wood County libraries and a presentation of draft calendars for the 2022-23 school year.
