📚 Wood County Schools Teaching & Learning Academy – Day One 🎓 Today marked an energizing start to our Teaching & Learning Academy as teachers, aides, and administrators from across the district came together for a powerful day of professional growth and collaboration. We kicked things off with an inspiring keynote session from Dr. Paulie Gavoni, BCBA. Grounded in behavior science, his presentation delivered practical strategies, real-life examples, and a healthy dose of humor to help us improve performance, engagement, and student achievement across all levels of education. What a way to launch into a week focused on learning and leading with purpose! 🚀 #WCSLearns #WoodCountySchools #TeachingAndLearning2025
